Computer-controlled turning for precision cylindrical components: shafts, sleeves, bushings, and complex profiles. Capable of holding tight diametral tolerances and fine surface finishes across steel, stainless, aluminium, and engineering alloys.
Vertical machining centres for 3-axis milling, drilling, tapping, and contouring. Suitable for flat, prismatic, and complex 3D surfaces on medium to large workpieces. Particularly well-suited for aerospace brackets, hydraulic manifolds, and structural components.
Our horizontal boring machine handles large, heavy components that exceed the envelope of vertical machining centres. Ideal for pump housings, gearboxes, flanges, and structural components requiring precise bore alignment over long distances.
Heavy-duty conventional lathes for large-diameter turning, one-off parts, and operations that benefit from manual machine control. Particularly useful for repairs, prototypes, and oversize workpieces that require experienced machinist judgment over automated cycle time.
Precision surface grinding for flat, parallel surfaces and tight thickness tolerances. Used as a finishing operation on tooling, fixtures, and components requiring superior surface quality.
Fabrication support including cutting, fitting, and welding of structural and mechanical assemblies. Enables us to deliver complete sub-assemblies from our facility.
Conventional vertical milling for keyways, slots, flat surfaces, and step milling. Complements CNC operations for secondary and finishing work on machined components.
Radial drill press for hole-making in large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped workpieces where VMC or CNC fixturing is impractical. Useful for bolt hole patterns on large flanges and plates.
Vertical lathe (VTL) for large-diameter disc-shaped components, such as ring flanges, large-bore bushings, and rotating components with diameters that horizontal lathes cannot accommodate.
Universal milling for gear cutting, helical milling, angular surfaces, and indexed operations. Adds flexibility for special profiles that cannot be produced on standard vertical mills.

For ongoing or repeat supply requirements, we work with clients to schedule machining runs efficiently, maintain material stock where appropriate, and ensure delivery consistency.
